It seems “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” viewers are still confused about where Apryl Jones stands with Lil Fizz.
To backtrack, “LHHH” star Moniece Slaughter, the mother of Lil Fizz’s 9-year-old son, claimed the “Bump Bump Bump” rapper and Jones were dating and moved in their first place together. The reason it’s apparently an issue is because Jones is the ex-girlfriend of Fizz’s B2K band mate Omarion Grandberry, whom she shares two children with.
Jones and Fizz, however, denied having a relationship and claimed they’re just best friends, although past photos showed a moment of the pair lying in bed together.
During Monday night’s episode, Fizz and Jones sat down with her mother and their loved ones to discuss the details of their friendship.
“What she’s been through is a lot,” said Fizz. “The s–t that’s happening ain’t right, it’s wrong. I ain’t gon’ go into detail.”
Jones mother, Tati, broke down in tears and thanked Fizz for being there for her daughter after her nasty break-up with Omarion.
“That’s why I text you once in a while and say I really appreciate you, I’m thankful,” Tati told Fizz. “I almost like quit my job to run over there and help her out. That’s how bad it was.”
A tearful Jones also chimed in and added, “I don’t think people really understand he really has been my saving grace.”
“LHHH” viewers, however, were thrown off by the emotional scene and felt it was scripted. Others slammed Fizz for supposedly helping Jones through her hard time but treating Slaughter “like crap.”
“GTFO all of them faking that s–t! So you mean to tell me you and Apryl ain’t smashing but her mom calling you her savior? Brah this was weird to watch 😂 bad acting”
