Although Diddy and ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez have been broken up for years, social media users are still holding on to their past relationship.
The 49-year-old music mogul took to Instagram on Friday evening and uploaded a soundless video of himself making several Jack Nohi facial expressions. He urged his 15 million followers to “caption this” after viewing his clip.
Seeing as J.Lo recently made the trending topics list with her iconic jungle green Versace dress from the 2000 Grammy Awards, fans instantly reminded Diddy of his old flame.
“When JLo brings that dress back!!! 😂”
“When Jlo walks by or Wait What …Jlo is wearing that Versace dress again 🤔….”
“Is that jlo in that dress again”
“Wow Jlo looks good in that New Versace dress!”
In case anyone forgot, Lopez and Diddy were one of the hottest couples of the early 2000s. They dated for two years and split on Valentine’s Day in 2001 apparently due to infidelity.
“It was the first time I was with someone who wasn’t faithful,” the “I’m Real” singerreportedly told Vibe of their relationship in 2003. “I was in this relationship with Puff where I was totally crying, crazy and going nuts, it really took my whole life in a tailspin.”
Diddy tried seemingly shooting his shot at Lopez earlier this year in January, but he was quickly shutdown by the actress’ fiance Alexander “A. Rod” Rodriguez. The “Bad Boy Records” founder apparently apologized to the couple for his thirst-trap remark, according to J. Lo and told her fiance that he wished them “the best.”
As of late, the father of five is allegedly dating Steve Harvey‘s step-daughter Lori Harvey. The pair have yet confirmed they are an item but they haven’t behaved as if they are just friends either. After they were initially spotted together at a Miami Reggae concert, the two were seen in July heading into the Nobu in Malibu, where many celebrities are photographed.
They were also spotted in Atlanta last week together. Diddy and Harvey were partying it up at Magic City gentleman’s club, making it rain on a slew of strippers.
