The drama between “Growing Up Hip Hop” star Masika Kalysha, Gervonta Davis and his girlfriend Ariana “Ari” Fletcher is sending social media into overdrive.
The “GUHH” actress was accused of sleeping with Davis, a professional boxer, over the weekend, although he’s in a serious relationship with Fletcher.
The drama started on Sunday afternoon, after Davis’ ex-girlfriend and mother of his 1-year-old daughter, “Dretta Starr,” told a fan on Instagram that she helped the boxer sneak a mystery woman out of his hotel room that morning before Fletcher arrived. He was in his hometown of Baltimore for the Ravens-Cardinals NFL game.
“Sis relax,” she said to a fan who claimed that Davis no longer wanted her. “Me and my baby daddy good. I just helped him rush a whole different b–ch out of the city before Ari got here today. Y’all chill on me. … He doing what he supposed to be doing.”
When an Instagram blog claimed to know who the mystery woman was, Starr commented, “@masikakalysha Hey girl 👀!” and confirmed it was indeed the “GUHH” star.
Within minutes, the internet put two and two together and noticed that Davis and Kalysha were both in Baltimore around the same time. It’s unclear as to which hotel either party was staying at, but some fans seem to think they were residing at the same place. Others claimed the mother of Davis’ daughter was being “messy” and was still bitter about him allegedly leaving her for Fletcher.
Davis has yet to address the rumors, but he did post a small clip to his Instagram story on Sunday night, saying, “It’s an evil world we live in.”
Fletcher hasn’t addressed her boyfriend’s cheating scandal, but she did post a photo of an apparent flat tire and write across it, “Dumb ass 🥴”
Kalysha, however, seemingly hit back at the rumors and tweeted on Sept. 16 around 1.a.m., “They do anything for clout… They do anything for clout… bitches is mad bitches is trash… ooooooppp Oscar the grouch!” and added a clown and corn emoji. She followed up with another message and wrote, “It’s always some b–ch wit unfortunate facial features flapping her roach clip tinted lips bout another bitch she don’t know shit about. Y lie on another woman for attention?”
Social media had mixed reactions.
