‘He’s So Big!’: Kandi Burruss’ Pic of Son’s First Day of School Has Fans Astonished About How Swiftly He’s Aged

Kandi Burruss commemorated son Ace Wells Tucker’s first day of preschool Tuesday, and fans quickly took notice about how much the 3-year-old has grown.

“Happy first day of school @acewellstucker! Much love to all the parents who were up early dropping their kids to school,” “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star wrote in the caption of a photo of Ace, who was surrounded by bubbles as he held up a sign marking his special day.

Fans responded by wishing the child well.

“Go Ace happy first day 😎”

“Have a good first day handsome!”

“Great start, have a blessed day Ace.”

They also remarked about how fast the youngster has grown up over the years.

“I see you big boy. Kandi it seem like he got big overnight congratulations.”

“He’s so big!!!!”

“Dang he grew up fast. It seems like you were just pregnant. Super handsome!!❤️❤️”

While it may seem as if Burruss was recently expecting, it was back in 2015 that the “RHOA” star announced her impending bundle of joy that would later be revealed to be Ace.

“We’re so thrilled to announce the news of our bundle of joy, it’s a dream come true,” Burrus told E! News at the time, with her husband Todd Tucker adding, “Our daughters, Kaela and Riley, couldn’t be happier about becoming big sisters.”

Burruss got pregnant using in vitro fertilization after dealing with fertility issues on the Bravo reality show. When Ace was 2, the star reflected on the emotional moment of meeting her son for the first time.

“I definitely cried when Ace came out,” Burruss said to People magazine. “That was the last major cry — just to be able to see him for the first time. My husband and I, we went through the IVF process to get Ace, so of course, that was very emotional.”

On the upcoming season of “RHOA,” fans will likely see Burruss go down the road of adding to her family again after she and Tucker discussed getting a surrogate in season 11. Considering the difficulties of getting pregnant with Ace, Burruss and Tucker decided using a surrogate was the way to go this time around.

“I guess I can tell you that we did find someone, and right now we are in the process — you know it hasn’t been done — but we’re in the process,” Burruss told Us Weekly in November of the couple’s plans to have a baby girl.
