Former “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Tommie Lee is clearly fed up with the fan assumptions about the terms of her probation.
Since getting released from jail in early July, Lee has seemingly been back on her grind and securing the bag with her apparent sponsored fashion posts. One of her Instagram photos uploaded to her page Monday morning, showed the celeb posing in Los Angeles outside of Asian restaurant Crustacean Beverly Hills in a red Givenchy T-shirt, red latex pants and black and white wedge heels.
Lee’s stance consisted of one leg crossing in front of the other as she stuck her hip out and placed her hand on her left shoulder. Her caption read, “Never tellem how you comin … just come đŽ pants #tommieshit.”
One fan claimed Lee crossed her legs in front of the other because she was trying to hide a supposed ankle monitor.
“When you gotta pose a certain way to hide the gps monitor đ love you big sis,” the person wrote.
The 35-year-old mother of two was clearly offended by the IG follower’s comment and hit back, “I ain’t cho sis and ion have on no monitor.”
A slew of fans back Lee’s comment, slamming the naysayer.
“Tried it! Tommie ain’t got not damn ankle bracelet this time nd wen she did she ain’t hide it đ.”
“Tommie been off her ankle monitor you just tryna find something negative a smh. And she ain’t yo “sis” sis đŁïž!”
Before and after Lee’s jailing, there were several assumptions about why Lee was charged with physically assaulting her middle school daughter in October. Some assumed it was because the reality star was drunk, while others weren’t quite sure what to believe.
Lee attempted to set the record straight during a recent interview with the Breakfast Club, detailing what led to the alleged attack on her child.
“This whole situation really took a toll on me ⊠You know how reports go, it was a lot put on that and it wasnât like that at all,” she told the radio show July 15.
“My daughter took edibles to school and she got a charge from that,” she continued. “She took âem to school, all the kids ate âem, and, basically, they called me⊠all the kids were rushed to the hospital.”
Lee indicated that she feared that her daughter was going down the same path as she did and she didnât want that for her youngest child.
“I was arrested when I was 15 years old as a runaway and thatâs how I started my record,” she further explained. “It really hindered my life,”
The television personality was given 10 years of probation as the result of the child abuse case. Although she’s clearly not required to wear an ankle monitoring device, she is obligated to attend a recovery program and spend a year in aftercare. If Lee gets into any trouble during her probation term she could be sent to prison.
