It looks like the raging custody war between former “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Joseline Hernandez and her ex-fiancé Stevie J. won’t be coming to a halt anytime soon.
Over the weekend, an arrest warrant was issued for the 32-year-old mother after she violated a recent child custody agreement arranged for her and the “Hitman” producer, TMZ reported. The father of six was slated to pick up their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella Hernandez from Miami and take custody of the child from July 28 to August 11, due to Joseline filming “Marriage Boot Camp.”
The reality actress apparently had other plans and flew to Los Angeles with their daughter after Stevie flew to Miami to pick the 2-year-old up. The music producer apparently contacted his attorney who spoke with court officials, and a judge ordered Joseline to turn over baby Bonnie to her father ASAP or she would be detained by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.
After the warrant was issued, the “Run Me My Money” artist reportedly flew back to Miami with their daughter, met with one of Stevie J.’s adult daughters in South Florida and handed over baby Bonnie as scheduled. As a result of Joseline violating her and Stevie’s custody agreement, the “LHHATL” father was given sole physical custody of Bonnie until August 15. He and Joseline are due back in Fulton County, Georgia, court that day.
Following the entire custody deal over the weekend, the self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” took to Instagram Saturday evening and wrote, “My prayers have always been answer ❤️!” attaching a photo of herself with a dejected look on her face.
Fans took note of the apparent unhappy photo of Joseline and sent prayers her way.
