Keyshia Cole apparently won’t be aging anytime soon.
Another social media craze, the “FaceApp Challenge” is taking the Internet by storm and letting folks take a look into their future, figuratively speaking. A new photo-editing and aging filter app is adding wrinkles, gray hairs and a few extra pounds to celebs and ordinary people using the application. Some aged horribly while others, like Cole, aged quite gracefully.
The “Let It Go” singer, 37, took to Instagram Tuesday evening and posted a “FaceApp” photo of herself and her boyfriend Niko “Khale” Hale, 23. She poked fun at how “stressed” Khale looked as a senior.
“Lord have mercy I DONE STRESSED POOR @nikokhale OUT!! ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐,” Cole joked.
Her social media followers were blown away by how youthful the singer look even with the aging app. Others roasted Khale’s saggy appearance.
“U still look so pretty ๐โ๏ธ that damn app ain’t work on you! Now Niko is another story ๐คฃ๐คฃ you stressed him tf out.”
“@keishacole still looking just as youthful but Niko looking like Tracy Morgan..๐คฃ.”
“Girl black don’t crack my boo still look good! A liteskin Frankieโจ and at least Niko don’t look 12 ๐!”
“But how tho this is actually cute tho lol ๐ฉ๐คฃ not fair! That app ain’t really work on u one bit. How come celebrities pics look better when they use the app lol.”
Cole was one of many celebrities who participated in the “FaceApp Challenge” and flaunted their senior selfies. Comedian Kevin Hart poked fun at himself and wrote on his Instagram Tuesday, “Strong ass old man face and upper body ๐.”
Rapper Ludacris and his “Fast and Furious” co-star Tyrese Gibson also teased their senior looks and shared a photo together while on the movie’s set, writing, “Fast & Furious 50 ๐๐๐ and we still havenโt stopped at a gas station. Or for Diapers ๐ช๐ฝ.”
The “Face App” also uses other filters like “young” which sheds off a few years from a person’s looks. The app was quite popular a few years ago and it’s unclear as to who recently revived the challenge.
