Nipsey Hussle 911 Call After Rapper Was Shot Released: ‘Someone Is on the Ground!’

One of the 911 calls that was made right after Nipsey Hussle was shot in March has just been released.

In audio published by the Daily Mail, a frantic woman can be heard speaking to a 911 dispatcher and begging him to send help to Hussle’s Marathon Clothing store where the shooting occurred.

“I need an ambulance please,” she screamed several times.

The operator then told her to slow down, because she failed to indicate what happened.

The woman then seems to pull the phone away, and you can hear her scream, “Who did this?” and “Oh my God,” in the background.

“Can y’all please hurry up,” she added.

The dispatcher then tells her to slow down, and the caller screams, “Someone is on the ground!”

From there, the phone goes silent and the dispatcher, as well as another call center person, tries to determine whether the woman hung up. An attempt is then made to call her back.

The 911 call release comes shortly after the LAPD launched an internal affairs investigation on a front desk officer at the 77th Street station.

In grand jury testimony, it was revealed the woman who drove Hussle’s suspected shooter, Eric Holder, went to the station after she saw her car on the news. But the front desk officer turned her away and told her to ignore the reports.

Now internal affairs will determine if the woman was sent home due to a simple error in communication or if there was actual misconduct.

Hussle was shot and killed on March 31 in Los Angeles’ Hyde Park section, and witnesses said he and Holder had a heated discussion just moments before. It’s been said the suspect was accused of snitching and the late rapper confronted him about it.

Holder was arrested on April 2 and pleaded not guilty to a slew of charges that include one count of murder. He’s currently behind bars on a $7 million bond.

A huge memorial service was given for Hussle on April 11 at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles, where speeches were given by people like Snoop Dogg, Minister Louis Farrakhan, as well as Hussle’s girlfriend and mother of one of his children Lauren London.

London recently shared a photo of a new tattoo she received of Hussle that covers much of her forearm.  “Where ya backbone? Where ya code at?” she captioned the photo that was posted on Instagram Stories.
