“Love and Hip Hop: New York” star Safaree Samuels apparently won’t tolerate any slander against his beloved fiancée Erica Mena.
The couple faces criticism daily, and some fans even believe Samuels should be with another woman than Mena. He reposted a picture of himself and his fiancée from the set of Hip Hop Squares taken earlier this month, all while boasting about their love.
“Clarity always 💎❄️,” he captioned the photo via Instagram.
One fan in particular, along with others who agreed, lurked underneath Samuels’ comments and dragged his fiancée for her apparent promiscuity.
“Shes bad, but shes been around,” the critic remarked. “She’s been all over the place and its well documented…”
Samuels dived to the 31-year-old model’s defense, firing back, “Shut the f–k up I had alotta b–ches so what. Go get you p–sy or watever you get so could understand 😜.”
The “No Regular Girl” rapper received a round of applause from folks for sticking up for his girl.
“That’s right Safaree stand by your woman haters will be haters I love you guys together 😍.”
“I know that’s right Safaree defend your queen! Tell him but when yu love someone who they been with doesn’t matter we all grown.”
“I’m so glad to see you sticking by her side. I’m rooting for y’ all to win 🙌.”
Despite how social media users and fans may feel about Mena and Samuels’ relationship, the pair seem extremely happy with each other.
Just last month Mena announced on Instagram they were trying to conceive a baby.
The couple first revealed they were dating around November 2018, a month after she broke up with her ex Cliff Dixon, who was shot and killed in mid-March. The pair then got engaged on Christmas Eve after the New York rapper proposed to her at her Atlanta home. They’ve supposedly set the date for the wedding but have yet to announce it on social media.
The couple first starred on MTV’s “Scared Famous” together in 2017, which Samuels claim is when he initially experienced feelings for his now-fiancée.
“When we did scared famous I use to say so many things jokingly not knowing it would become real life,” he wrote in an Instagram post on Jan. 10. “I am so in love with you.”
