God’s Plan: Drake’s Dad Shooting Pilot for His Very Own Talk Show, Master P to Appear in First Episode

Drake‘s father, Dennis Graham, has never seemed to be camera-shy, and now he may be getting his own TV show. The potential series is called “Fame and Family,” which Graham said his famous son fully supports.

“I’m filming a new TV show, where I’m interviewing the parents of superstars,” he told TooFab. “Today I interviewed Master P and Deon Cole from ‘Black-ish.’ It’s going to be fantastic. Drake just called me, and I shared it with him, and he goes ‘Dad, that’s the best thing you ever done.'”

Graham said he recently started filming the pilot, which will soon be finished and it will have a heavy focus on family. Segments will also show Drake’s dad visiting family run mom-and-pop stores, and he’ll begin shopping it with the hopes a network will pick it up.

Wendy Williams talked about the possible series on a recent episode of “The Wendy Williams Show,” and she thought it was a brilliant idea, one that Beyoncé‘s father Mathew Knowles should’ve done first.

“Mathew Knowles, not for nothing, I’m not trying to start dad beef, but this was supposed to be your show, “she told her studio audience.

Later, Williams said if it were up to her, Graham would be interviewing non-famous parents, because it would make for a more interesting show. Mainly because people already know about celebrities like Master P, but a parent without a huge name would be more revealing.

People had a lot to say about the potential series, but more seemed to comment on Graham’s appearance.

“Dennis looking like a whole pimp and walrus hybrid,” someone wrote on YouTube.

“I can’t look at Drake’s dad..that mustache 🤮,” a second person wrote.

“Drake’s dad looks like a 70s blaxploitation pimp,” someone else commented.
