Rapper Remy Ma is catching fans’ attention and not necessarily in a good way.
The “Terror Squad” artist’s ankle bracelet appears to be the center of attention even when it’s apparently not meant to be. Monday afternoon, she uploaded a slew of photos of her and her 5-month-old daughter wearing matching outfits on Instagram. They sported multicolored leopard-print dresses, light-washed denim jackets and gold shoes.
She and baby Reminisce MacKenzie remained camera-ready, apparently in the comforts of their home, as Ma’s rapper husband Papoose snapped the heartfelt shots of them.

“I love your twinning fits,” one fan commented. “She is soooo BEAUTIFUL looking like mommy&daddy 50/50 combined into a 😍💖.”
Another added, “Happy Mother’s Day!! ❤️😍 Baby Kenzie looks just like her daddy.”
Although Ma’s post seemingly was received well by most, others zoomed in on her supposedly court-ordered ankle bracelet.

The “Conceited” artist’s ankle bracelet is thought to be stemmed from her recent assault case with her “Love and Hip Hop: New York” co-star Brittney Taylor.
Taylor claimed Ma socked her in the eye backstage during the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert near Union Square in April. The raptress turned herself over to New York authorities a few weeks later on a charge of misdemeanor assault.
Ma, who remains on parole from her 2007 conviction and six-year sentence for shooting a friend in a dispute, was released on bond and maintains her innocence, claiming she never physically assaulted Taylor. She was served a protective order to not have contact with the “LHHNY” star and was also given an 8 p.m. curfew. Not long afterward, she was spotted wearing an ankle monitor.
