‘Still Waiting’: N.Y. DJ Shoots His Shot at Evelyn Lozada as Others Rave About Her Youthful Appearance

Evelyn Lozada’s latest Instagram photo is gaining lots of attention for her bold throwback look, and it also snagged a commenter who hopes to take her out on a date.

The comments section of the “Basketball Wives” star’s Monday Instagram post was littered with praise after she shared makeup artist Lysette Castellanos’ photo of her rocking bamboo earrings and a “Fresh Princess of Bel-Air” jacket styled by Deno.

“Around the way girl ❤️ ” Lozada captioned the photo.

Initially, fans gushed over the look, which some remarked made Lozada look youthful.

“Evelyn keeping it old school.”

“18 forever 💙”

“Literally out here looking younger than me 😭😭😍 beautiful!!!!”

“Bomb.”

“This is amazing!!!!”

Then New York radio personality DJ and artist Kevin “Kevvy Kev” Montague stepped in to shoot his shot.

” @evelynlozada “I ain’t curving no dudes this year! I’m going on dates with all of y’all” – Evelyn Lozada 3/22/19 Still waiting..🤷🏽‍♂️😂”

Lozada replied, “@realdjkevykev Where you taking me? 😬😘”

“@evelynlozada Depends… LA or NY? I’m so serious 🙏🏽,” Montague replied.

And he wasn’t the only one. Others used the moment to shoot their shot, too.

“@evelynlozada I would love to date you as well.”

“@evelynlozada shiiitt I mean if you ever wanna swing the other way, I’ll add myself to the waiting list. Please & thank you.”

The DJ’s comment didn’t just come out of left field. He’s holding Lozada to what she said on Instagram last month proclaiming everyone will be considered as a potential datee.

“May the best one win!” she said in part.

However, while Montague is eager to get a chance at dating Lozada, many people in her comments last month trashed her for her previous open call.

“So what sport is she moving to now?”

“She gonna find herself another athlete lmao #HoeFoSho.”

“She already ran through the sporting federation so she may as well branch out now and put some more mileage on that cat.”

Lozada has previously had romances with former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, to whom she was married in 2012 before a domestic violence incident led to divorce. She also was engaged to former Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford, with whom she shares a son.
