‘Dancing Isn’t Your Talent’: Fans Clown Angela Simmons’ Awkward Dance Moves in This Video

Growing Up Hip Hop” star Angela Simmons was gifted with many talents, but dancing apparently wasn’t one of them.

The 31-year-old has always poked fun at her own moves, but that doesn’t stop social media users from adding their two cents.

Simmons took to Instagram on Monday with a video of herself jamming to “Pure Water” featuring DJ Mustard and Migos. A friend seemingly filmed her cranking a “stiff” two-step on the balcony of her home in shorts, a turtleneck and Vans. She also swung her hair around a few times while attempting a reverse two-step.

“Lol not sure what kind of dance that is but lol 😂,” Simmons joked in her caption.

Fans clearly shared the celeb’s humor and also cracked on her “struggle moves.”

“Thanks God for your other talents #Staycool 😂 Cause dancing is not one of them!!”

“Thought @angelasimmons was gon bus it down lmaoo she broke into the becky 2 step 😭😭!”

“Soooo long story short dancing isn’t your talent 🤣

“The kind of dance that shows our age… 😂😂😂 #80sbaby ❤️ the sweep along ctfu😂 uh nooo!”

Although fans don’t consider dancing as one of Simmons’ talents, they do praise her for being quite a businesswoman. She currently owns fitness and wellness company Built Not Bought, which bills itself as helping women
who struggle with low self-esteem. The business venture was inspired by the celeb’s struggle with body issues during her teen years.

She also used her apparent business savvy to launch a campaign called “Pressure Makes Diamonds,” which helped encourage teens and millennials to overcome adversity in their life by building self-esteem.

“The whole idea of this campaign and the mission just came from [my] life and the pressures that I’ve been through,” Simmons, who was born to privilege as the daughter of DJ Rev Run, told Black Enterprise in September 2018. “You can either come out as coal or come out as a diamond after you go through what you go through in life.”
