“Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J. appears to be putting an end to all of the gossip about him being an absentee dad, although a few fans aren’t quite buying it.
A few weeks ago, Stevie J.’s ex-fiancé Joseline Hernandez and WNBA player Ty Young, the partner of his ex-girlfriend Mimi Faust, both suggested the VH1 star wasn’t a part of his children’s lives. However, the “good guy” appears to be putting those indications to rest by letting the world know he indeed spends time with his kids.
The former “Bad Boy Entertainment” producer has six children in total. Dorian Henderson, Savannah, Sade, and Steven Jr. Jordan are all from his previous relationships. He shares 10-year-old Eva Jordan with Faust and 2-year-old Bonnie Bella with Hernandez.
Nevertheless, the “LHHATL” star took to Instagram this week with a few photos of himself and his daughters Savannah, Sade and Eva seemingly spending quality time with one another. All four apparently attended the Museum Of Illusions located in Los Angeles, California and looked to be having the times of their lives.
“Thank you God for blessing me with these dolls,” Stevie J. wrote on Wednesday, before letting folks know his next stop is to see his and Hernandez’s 2-year-old daughter.
“Bonnie we’ll see you in 2 weeks ♥️♥️♥️♥️ #Dajordans,” Stevie said.
Of course, his father-daughters post drew mixed reactions.
“He only posting his kids because he got called a dead beat 😂 he don’t do nothing for them kids.”
“Nothing like father daughter love!🙌🏽❤️🥰😍 All beautiful! So proud of you.”
“According to @joseline u ain’t seen @bonniebellahernandez in a minute. Stop capping. U a deadbeat cuz faith pay ur child support 💯.”
“Do what you can when you can. Still a good father in my eyes 👌🏽.”
Faust, who was with Stevie J. for 13 years, has never publicly alluded to him being a bad father, but her partner Young did. She claimed the reality veteran was only an “Instagram dad” who only spent time with his 10-year-old when he had to film.
Hernandez also claimed that Stevie hasn’t seen their daughter in over a year and that his wife, singer Faith Evans pays his child support.
“Not to mention, he has not seen Bonnie Bella for 1 year,” Hernandez wrote. “Faith Evans pays her child support. And he did not buy anything or call Bonnie Bella for her birthday. But maybe one day he will change.”
The 47-year-old nearly went to jail in 2017 for failing to pay $1.3 million in child support. Instead, he was ordered to fork over 25 percent of his income every month until the debt was paid.
