Fans Have Questions After Yung Joc Gets Haircut Inspired By Famous Rapper: ‘Artistic But U Trippin’

By now, folks shouldn’t be all that surprised when they see Yung Joc show off some inventive, wild hairdo, since he’s been doing that for a while. Like the time he proudly sported that man bun in December 2018.

But folks definitely seemed shocked at his new haircut, which showed a detailed image of Tupac Shakur.

The radio host showed the cut Sunday on Instagram, and the imprint is a perfect likeness of Shakur, which captures him as the character Bishop in the 1992 film “Juice.”

It didn’t take long for Joc’s new do to go viral, and once it did he and the barber, Rob The Original, spoke with TMZ.

“Basically, it’s carved in with trimmers, and I added 3D hair. Some of the darker parts I touched it up,” explained Rob, who also cut images of people like J. Cole and Queen Latifah.

The Shakur imprint also has the late rapper’s signature nose ring, which is a gemstone attached with hair glue. Joc said to maintain the haircut, he has to shower without a lot of steam.

Undoubtedly, his cut sparked a massive social media conversation, and for the most part people said the barber is talented, but many thought the Shakur image might be too much.

“That’s dope as hell but it’s extra af too 🤦🏻‍♀,” wrote another.

“ok at this point he just be letting people play in his head,”  a third person commented.
