A recent Instagram post by Angela Simmons, the daughter of DJ Rev Run, is causing an uproar on social media.
In an attempt to promote a few health and fitness products for the company Boom Bod, fans pointed out the 31-year-old’s genital imprint bulging out of her tights. People then accused the star of uploading the post for attention while claiming that Simmons indisputably knew her camel toe was showing in the video.

The “Growing Up Hip Hop” actress took to Instagram on March 12 when she posted the video of the health products. She donned a royal blue two-piece sports bra and workout leggings outfit that revealed her cleavage and stomach, among her other assets. As she talked about the Boom Bod items fans claimed they noticed the tightness of her pants outlining her crotch in a way that left nothing to the imagination.
Simmons, who seemed not to take notice, continued with her promotional video and added the caption, “I’m back at it again w/ @boombod 💪 LOVED my results from my last 7 day program. … They also just dropped a bunch of new flavors, so if you’re looking for a quick & healthy way to lose weight too you’ve gotta check them out.”
Fans on the other hand wouldn’t let the issue go, slamming Simmons’ for intentionally sexualizing herself for social media clout.
“Loud and Camel clear…🐫 Rev. Run..come get her!! She doing anything for likes 🙄,” one fan commented underneath Simmons’ photo.
Another person wrote, “Ummm…Your Vagina is hungry! So Tacky Jacky 🤦🏾♀️ I guess people don’t wear underwear to the gym… If you don’t you nasty. 😩😩 #attentionatitsbest.”
“I use to like Angela but she keeps sexualizing herself smh. How do you not know your crotch is showing in this video? Sis knew what she was doing all for clout 🙄.”
Other fans jumped to the reality star’s defense.
“So what her print is showing! Some women on here act like y’all don’t do the same shit when putting on those yoga pants. I literally see it every day, so why hate when @angelasimmons do it? 🤔.”
“Ya’ll need to get a life why are ya’ll even looking down there nasty asses 🙄!”
Simmons’ recent free-spirited behavior hasn’t been sitting well with fans lately. The “GUHH” star isn’t new to being slut-shamed or bashed for her carefree nature.
In 2016, Simmons welcomed her son SJ with her ex-fiancé Sutton Tennyson, who was shot and killed last November. Being the daughter of Pastor Rev Run, Simmons was judged quite a bit for having a child out of wedlock and because she pledged for years not to have sex until marriage.
“They judged me. People are always going to be in my comments, ‘Where’s the dad?’ It’s non stop. They’re always worried about my ring and if it’s on or off. They think they know me and they really don’t. They have no idea,” Simmons said during season 3 of “GUHH.”
She added, “Of course, I heard a lot of chatter about me having a child out of wedlock. You got to imagine, my son has to look back at this one day and you know what, I’m human and it happened. People are always going to have an opinion and that’s just not who I am. I’m not your opinion.”
