Stevie J.’s Cryptic Tweet Prompts Speculation He’s Been Fired From ‘LHHATL’: ‘Not Returning’

It seems “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” fans’ favorite “good guy” may have been given the boot.

Earlier this week, rumors circulated that music producer Stevie J. was fired from the series after he posted a perplexing tweet on March 11, stating he would not be making a full appearance on season 8 of the VH1 series.

“Not returning for a full season. No need,” Stevie wrote on Monday from his verified Twitter account.

Fans suspected the musician won’t be filming for the rest of the season due to his past history with a 20-something woman named Misha Perry, who accused Stevie J. of getting her pregnant while he was courting his wife, R&B singer Faith Evans. Evans and Stevie married in July 2018. One fan in particular speculated that producers were planning to bring Perry on the show to expose her and the producer’s alleged affair.

“#MishaPerry was coming for him and Faith know she will definitely look bad,” the person wrote underneath Stevie’s tweet. “That’s why he won’t be on the show no mo. All they s–t will be laid out thats why.”

Both Stevie J. and his wife Evans appeared on the show’s season trailer for the upcoming season, and it hasn’t been confirmed from the “Hitman” himself that he’s been terminated.

Evans has been quiet on social media following her husband’s alleged “LHHATL” firing and appears to be more focused on promoting her Columbia, South Carolina, concert with Music Soul Child and Carl Thomas at The Township Auditorium on April 20.

Love and Hip Hop” producer Mona Scott-Young has been absent from all social media channels since February 16.

However, the speculation about Stevie J. being booted from the show could be unfounded. “LHHNY” star Safaree Samuels and his fiancée Erica Mena were also rumored to be fired from the “LHH” franchise as well, but Mena quickly denied this. She posted a screenshot of a report stating she and Samuels were fired from all “LHH” shows and wrote “Lies” across it.

Whether Stevie J. returns to the show or not, fans are happy to see him seemingly moving on to “bigger and better things.”

“Moving on to bigger and better things @hitmansteviej! Much respect 💪💪 !”

“Good for you 👏!! Focus on you and your wife career. This reality TV mess ruins images!’
