R&B artist K. Michelle sent her fans in a tizzy after posting a “thirst tapping” photo on the ‘Gram this week.
The “Crazy Like Me” celebrated her 35th birthday on March 4 with a scenic road trip. She told fans that she needed a relaxing getaway to acquire some quiet time and looks like she did just that. She took to Instagram on Tuesday with an update on how her mini-vacation was going, ostensibly with her longtime boyfriend Dr. Kastan Sims.
She posted a photo of herself lying in bed, watching TV and taking a selfie. In the photo, K. Michelle wore a white T-shirt and what appeared to be no underwear. She wrote in her Instagram caption, “Rolled one, got out the shower, got half dressed and I ended up stuck right here. I have meetings this evening, so Lord be a Red Bull.”

Fans flooded the singer’s daring image and were stunned by what they were seeing when zooming into the photo.
“No panties aunty k?😂,” one Instagram user jokingly. “I zoomed in to be sure hadda see if I was bugging out 😂.”
“👁️👁️ am I the only one zoomed in? Sis got her cat all out 😂,” another user wrote.
Another added, “I definitely zoomed in 😫 she bold waxed and ready. Suh you got the side coochie out 😮😍.”
Other fans noticed a half-dressed man in the background of her photo who appeared to be Dr. Sims.
“😂 Looks like the guy in the background is half dressed as well!”
“Is that a man in the background? He look like his booty out too lol.”
K. Michelle and her boyfriend haven’t publicly made an appearance together since 2018 at an after party at Atlanta’s Josephine Lounge, but the couple are apparently still going strong. The pair apparently spent Valentine’s Day together, after which Michelle posted a few photos of herself, tagging a “Dr. Sims” in her caption.

She and her boyfriend have known each other since high school and remained friends for years before beginning to date around 2016.
“We’ve been friends for over 19 years now, and I just looked at him and said this is the type of man that I should be with, someone who is my friend,” she told Essence in December 2017. “I feel like I’m married because he’s been attach to me for 19 years,” she said. “We just connect with us. … He knows who Kimberly Pate is, he knows my government name, he knows me as that.”
