“Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” alum Tommie Lee apparently had Los Angeles on her list of places she wanted to move to — until a judge denied her request to do so.
The 34-year-old mother of two is out on bond after her recent legal disputes stemming from October 2018 and reportedly sought permission from a Georgia judge to move to Los Angeles. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Lee requested to pack up for California in order for work. However, seemingly due to her existing rap sheet, the judge denied her request.
The report said the judge mentioned Lee’s long criminal record that stretches back 15 years and includes a slew of convictions on charges like theft, fraud, battery and deceptive conduct, the news source reported. Her request to remove her ankle bracelet was also denied.
Lee reportedly has over 30 mugshots, and her recent indictment for sure didn’t help her request. In January, she was indicted in Georgia’s Cobb County on multiple charges that included aggravated assault, child cruelty, battery, aggravated stalking and disrupting a public school. She spent two months in jail after getting arrested in October and is facing as much as 54 years behind bars if convicted of all charges.
The mother of two reportedly slammed her eldest daughter’s head into a locker at the child’s middle school and was arrested on charges of felony aggravated assault, battery and child cruelty. However, after getting out on $27,000 bail, she was arrested almost 24 hours later for violating a court order that prohibited any contact with her daughter.
Since news of her indictment, supporters of Lee have jumped to her defense, responding to those who’ve been bashing her parenting choices.
“Y’all all judging her,& dont even no the situation. Mf”s feed too much into social media,& judge tf outta people without even knowing real facts. Stop being quick to jump on people’s page judging as if y’all living perfect.”
“Everyone is mad at her but the girl who beat her mother from DR. Phil has deals and contracts… pick y’all poisons 🙄.”
