Tami Roman just debuted an all-new style that fans are loving. And she’s also adopting a new attitude to go with it.
The star of VH1’s “Basketball Wives” looked phenomenal in a black-and-auburn ombre wig, red-reen plaid pants and a white collared blouse from Fashion Nova. Roman, whose look was styled by her 24-year-old daughter, Lyric Anderson, set off the outfit with some holographic pumps.

Roman has been busy at work the past several weeks. On the day she uploaded the above photo she was on set with Fashion Nova publicist Ernest Dukes shooting something on screen.
“Shooting with @erndukes. He’s got something special up his sleeve!” the star wrote on her Instagram Story after sharing footage from Duke’s own. It’s not clear exactly what the shoot was for, but in addition to Roman, stars like retired basketball star Matt Barnes, Instagram comedian and actress Lala Milan, and singer Eric Bellinger were seen in front of the camera for their own separate segments.
On top of that new project, Roman just launched the first set of footwear in her new shoe line with designer Jessica Rich.
Feb. 27 marked the launch of Roman’s Icon Boot, which “is a classic tapered toe boot that has been crafted in two colors with a transparent toe that sets the tone of a clean cut style,” according to its item description.
The boot is first in a series of shoes Roman is designing that will ultimately include sandals and heels.
“I’m involved in every aspect of my shoe collection — I’m anal that way,” Roman said last month to Footwear News of her venture. “I can’t sketch, but I told [Rich] what I wanted and she sketched it out. In the beginning, I focused solely on how I could make the ankle stand out, make it sexier and dress it up. Then we went into the height of the shoe — [we made] sure it has the right elevation from the ground up, for comfort as well as sexiness.”
