R&B artist K. Michelle appears to be happily still in love with long-time boyfriend Dr. Kastan Sims.
After reports of the couple breaking up last year, K. Michelle seemingly confirmed that she and the dentist are still pushing forward in their relationship. She took to Instagram on Sunday, Feb. 17 and shared a few photos of herself sitting in bed with just a bra and disheveled hair. She appeared to be putting her earrings back on after hinting to a Valentine’s weekend of “wild” fun.

In her photo caption, K. Michelle tagged a “Dr. Sims” who folks assumed she was referencing to her long-time boyfriend, and added, “Bed Head. 😉 It was a good Valentine Weekend 📸:Dr.Sims.”

Fans bombarded the “Crazy Like You” singer’s social media with comments expressing how happy they were to see her still in a relationship with Sims.
“Gone Ahead Mrs. Sims!!!! Make a baby!!! Stir up the gift if you can 😂,” one person wrote underneath her comments. “Glad to see ya’ll still together!”
“We nosey and it’s nice that the Dr. is still in the picture. Oh, and taking pictures!!” another exclaimed.
“Dr. Sims like Dentist Dr. Sims?” one fan pondered. “Because I was here for that! He makes you so happy. I’m so glad he’s still around 😍❤️!”
Last year in June, sources indicated that K. Michelle and Dr. Sims broke up after she went on a Twitter rant with tweets that read, ” I hate him” and “I hate a liar or an innocent dude. You Just a weak [B-Word] Sit there like I did something wrong when you know you did it.”

The 33-year-old mother did confirm the following August that she and Sims were still together in a tirade warning fans to stop prodding into their relationship.
“Let me teach ya’ll about me. I don’t mess with nobody, but if you [expletive] with me, you will wish you never ever knew a new me,” she said in a video. “Issa marriage… I’m married… I don’t have to post my man.”
K. Michelle and Sims have known each other since high school and remained friends throughout the peak of her music career. She told Essence in 2017 that Sims was the “type of man” she needed to be with.
