Kandi Burruss’ husband Todd Tucker has noticed that not all the singer’s friends are as supportive of her as they should be, and he’s calling them out.
As “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star continues to compete on “Celebrity Big Brother,” she’s been rallying to get votes to become America’s Favorite Houseguest. However, her husband says her pals are not doing their part to spread the word.
“It’s funny how they say you will see who mess with you when you locked up! Lol!” Tucker begins his Sunday, Feb. 10, rant. “@kandi is locked up in the big brother house trying to bring it home and she needs everyone right now and it’s crazy how people ain’t reposting this or voting for her! Y’all better stop playing mama will be home on Thursday! Repost for your girl and go vote! She would do it for you!”
Accompanying the message was a promo video encouraging America to log on to CBS’ website to cast a ballot in favor of Burruss. The poll closes Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 9 a.m., and viewers can vote up to 10 times each day. If Burruss wins, she’ll take home $250,000 on top of the reported $100,000 she’s earning just for being on the show.
As for who Tucker is allegedly calling out, Burruss is gearing up to go into business with Rasheeda Frost and Toya Wright, but the former’s Instagram page has no mention of Burruss on the show. Meanwhile, Wright posted the promo video to her page Monday afternoon. The “Celebrity BB” star’s Xscape group member Tameka “Tiny” Harris doesn’t mention Burruss on her Instagram page, and her IG Story from the Monday doesn’t either. Other Xscape members Tamika Scott and LaTocha Scott also don’t mention their bandmate on their accounts.
It’s not clear if they posted anything to their Instagram Stories after Tucker’s message on Sunday.
Still, there are some who have backed up Burruss during her stint on the show, including “RHOA” alum Kenya Moore and current “RHOA” star Nene Leakes.
Meanwhile, several fans have backed Tucker’s stance.
