“Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta” alum Reginae Carter appears to be having a rough time coping with her alleged breakup with rapper YFN Lucci.
Neither Carter, 20, nor Lucci, 27, has confirmed their split, but based on the reality actress’ recent tweets and innuendo posts, folks are pretty much saying it’s a wrap.
Since the couple’s alleged breakup, which fans speculated was sometime in January, Carter hasn’t took a break from seemingly posting about it. Her entire Twitter thread is filled with re-tweets from others who’ve been scorned by their significant other. One alluding message that the 20-year-old retweeted seemingly suggested that her boyfriend never really “cared” about her.
Carter’s first retweet about her alleged relationship woes was on Jan. 25, where she retweeted a user saying she respects “a man who is vocal.” In Jan. 27, the 20-year-old herself tweeted, ” I hate a friendly a– nigga.”
One of Carter’s most recent posts that stood out to fans was on Feb. 6 where she sub-tweeted a message that read, “Hardest pill to swallow is realizing people DO NOT CARE! They really don’t! They’ll hurt you and really go on about their lives.”
The 20-year-old added, “Felt this one.”
To add more evidence to suspicion, the “GUHH” actress posted two now deleted tweets that read, “Whoever played with my heart … u a dumb mf,” and “I don’t think u ni–as ever grow up tbh.”
Lucci has said little, cryptic or otherwise, about their alleged breakup, but he did create an Instagram post with the caption “LOVE is just a word it don’t matter to me.”
The couple first publicly announced they were dating in February 2018. They apparently took a break a few months down the road after Carter expressed that she put her relationship with the rapper on the back burner to focus on her career, saying this on a season 1 episode of “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle” that aired in December. However, on Dec. 31, the couple were seen hugged up at a New Year’s Eve party in Atlanta.
Fans have had all sorts of mixed reactions to Carter’s alleged breakup with Lucci and her apparent social media meltdown.
“Dang sis hurt bae 🤣🤣,” one Twitter user said.
“Phuck him Nae! You too bad to be crying over a ni–a!”
“U should’ve went to college and stop chase d list rappers🤔 .”
“Lucci gone miss her, she deserves better tho 😍.”
