Phaedra Parks is lucky and in love with her boo Tone Kapone. And it seems having a new romance has given her the keys to finding it.
Parks has now shared what she’s learned with fans in a Feb. 5 Instagram post.
“How do you find happiness? You don’t, it finds you. Your job is simply to make room for when it shows up — Alex Elle,” read her memo from the Washington-based author and wellness consultant.
“Be patient- your happy is trying to find you 💕 #happy #happiness,” Parks added in the caption.

For those doubting if that’s all it takes to find love, Parks’ Chicago radio and TV personality boyfriend backed up those sentiments in the comments section.
“@phaedraparks Glad we Found Our Happiness🙏🏽😘,” he wrote.
In response, many fans praised the star’s message and her happiness.

Parks, who was married to Apollo Nida until 2017, made her relationship with Kapone Instagram official on New Year’s Eve when she rung in 2019 with him in Chicago.
In an effort to quell some confusion from the public, Kapone made it clear the pair is indeed a couple.
“Yes, me and Phaedra are dating. OK, cool. Is that it? That’s the big moment everybody was waiting for,” he said on his Instagram Story days after their IG photo-op. “Yeah, it was kind of self-explanatory on her page. I didn’t want to re-post it because it seemed like it would have been super weird. Like, yeah, look at me. If you know anybody that knows me, I’m not that kind of guy.”
Since then, the two have been making their romance pretty public. They’ve documented date nights at Beverly Hill’s Katana and dismantled rumors of his infidelity by posting proof of their love.
