More information has surfaced about Bow Wow‘s arrest over Super Bowl weekend.
As reported, the rapper and his on-again-off-again girlfriend Kiyomi Leslie were arrested and taken to an Atlanta jail in the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 2.
An officer said when he arrived at 205 12th Street at 4:15 a.m. and spoke with Bow and Leslie, he saw that both “sustained visible minor injuries.” The rapper told police that Leslie threw a nightstand lamp at him and scratched up his face.
According to Leslie, Bow Wow hit her in the head, grabbed her by the hair and dragged her into the bedroom. And since police couldn’t determine who the aggressor was, they took both to jail and charged them with misdemeanor battery.
From there, each posted $8,000 bond on the same day, and the former “106 & Park” star host was seen partying with Jermaine Dupri and Sean “Diddy” Combs at a Super Bowl Party on Sunday.
But according to a police report obtained by Atlanta Black Star, it was at another party that Bow went to that got him and Leslie in trouble, and a man named Shaquille was there — who some believe was the NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal.
That’s because O’Neal threw a Super Bowl party on Friday night in Atlanta called “Shaq’s Fun House,” and Bow Wow and Leslie were reportedly in attendance.
“Mr. Moss [Bow Wow] stated that Ms. Holden [Leslie] was all over another man’s body in the party. A man Mr. Moss referred to as Shaquille,” the report read. “Mr. Moss stated that he felt very disrespected by her behavior, that the argument became heated, that Ms. Holden started yelling loudly and calling him “bitch-ass n—–. “
Shaq has remained quiet about all of this and so has Bow Wow and Leslie.
Much of the couple’s troubled romance has been seen on the reality series “Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta,” where two of the rapper’s recent meltdowns have also been documented.
