People had a lot of questions after “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kenya Moore celebrated her daughter turning 3 months old this week.
The new mother took to social media on Jan. 27 and posted a video of baby Brooklyn lying inside her crib with a small celebratory card nearby that read “3 months.”
“#3monthsold today (Yes I know I have items in my crib but it’s just for the video/photo),” Moore wrote in her video caption. “#Babybrooklyn #babydaly #brooklyndaly #miraclebaby.”
Fans were instantly confused by Moore’s milestone celebration. Folks recalled the date the reality star gave birth to baby Brooklyn — Nov. 4 — from the day she announced her daughter turning 3 months old.
“Happy 3 months! I thought she would be officially 3 months on Feb 4th??” one fan asked. “It’s not adding up,” another replied.
A second person who was confused commented, “I thought she was born on February 4th? That’s not 3 months ago, but that is 12 weeks ago.”
One fan wrote, “I thought your baby was bore on November 4th how is she 3 months already? Its not making sense.”
One fan jumped to Moore’s defense by saying that she’s counting weeks and not by months.
Moore welcomed baby Brooklyn into the world Nov. 4, 2018, with her husband Marc Daly. The mother’s pregnancy complications included preeclampsia, forcing her to undergo an emergency cesarean section to deliver her daughter.
Moore said despite her complicated pregnancy with her daughter, she and her husband wouldn’t mind having another child.
“I don’t know if my body can do it, but we would love to have one more. I want a little boy!” Moore told People magazine in December.
She added, “At first, when I was starting to feel really bad in my pregnancy, I was like, ‘I cannot possibly do this again.’ But within the first week after giving birth, I don’t know — I missed the baby bump! I missed the whole thing of carrying her, feeling her move inside me and all that stuff. I would love to feel that again.”
