Reality star Kenya Moore celebrated her birthday this week with a precious photo of she and baby daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daly, on a visit to the beach.
“Happy Birthday Mommy! I’m happy I chose you to be my mommy!,” Moore wrote from her daughter’s Instagram page. “I think I made a good choice👶🏽. I love you so much!”
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, who turned 48 on Thursday, shared the photo with fans who couldn’t help but notice Baby Daly’s sheer displeasure with being out in the deep blue sea.
“Brooklyn not having that water, but enjoying her mommy though,” one fan commented. Have a great birthday.”
“She’s like mommy if you dare dip my feet again 😍😭🤣❤️,” joked another.
“@thebrooklyndaly is like I need my Daddy so we can be on the beach laid up getting some sun; this water is not the business,” one more chimed in.
“Haha Baby Brooklyn got her fist balled up!,” a woman noticed. “She looks like she ready to ‘bop’ you Mom! You look so happy and it’s great to see you and your Baby making beautiful memories!👶🏽👶🏽👶🏽❤️❤️❤️”
A bikini-clad Moore happily debuted her post-baby beach body, just two months after giving birth to her baby girl. Noticeably, the former Miss USA had not one scar in sight despite her harrowing emergency C-section in November.
“They couldn’t get the baby out,” she told People magazine that same month. “There were all these complications and they knew if they cut into a fibroid, I could potentially bleed out and die. So they ended up cutting me vertically too, to just get the baby out and make sure I survived the surgery. They were so scared they were going to lose me.”
A resilient Moore managed to push through, however, and has spent the last few months doting on her new “miracle baby.” She’d also been working hard to get back in shape just in time for her birthday. It looks like it all paid off!
