Tamar Braxton has some fans still questioning her intentions after she apparently made amends with her sister Traci Braxton.
Tamar got into a huge falling-out with Traci after she, Toni, Towanda, Trina and their mother Evelyn Braxton decided to walk off the set of their family show “Braxton Family Values” because of payment issues. Traci, on the other hand, chose to continue filming and “showed up for work” after telling her family she wouldn’t. The incident led to a huge blowup between her and the “All the Way Home” singer who felt “blindsided” by Traci’s decision.
However, the sisters appeared to have quashed their sibling beef, and Tamar shared a side-by-side photo of herself and her sister on social media. She took to Instagram on Thursday to promote her and Traci’s concert dates on Friday in New York and Washington, D.C., the following day.
“Only a FEW left in BOTH cities Ticketmaster.com don’t miss,” the mother of one wrote.
However, Tamar’s renewed relationship with her sister had fans calling it insincere.
“Remember they kicked you off the tour without an explanation you deserve better then that traci💖🙏.”
“Now that she not with Vince and on top she OK with Traci foh she showed who she really is when her Album was on top and she doing the talk show she treated all of them except for Toni like shit.”
Other fans felt Tamar was stepping up as a sister.
“I commend you Tamar you have def turned a new leaf working with my boo Tray. You said the foolishness would stop and we see if first hand. You have grown matured and the lens we see you through does not lie. I’m loving the new woman you have become 2019 😍Sister love,” one person wrote.
Another added, “Good job Tamar for apologizing to your sister.”
In more recent events, Tamar has been declaring her delight in her new relationship with her still unseen Nigerian boyfriend she says she spent the holidays with. She wrote in a post of partially cropped picture of them together, “Glory be to GOD 💫.”
