Dr. Contessa Gets Confused for Marlo Hampton In New Selfie

Dr. Contessa Metcalfe stars on “Married to Medicine” but she was recently confused for another Bravo reality TV star.

Ahead of the part 1 reunion of M2M Friday, Metcalfe teased a look from the highly-anticipated sitdown on Instagram Thursday, Dec. 20.

“@chanelofficial Will there be receipts at the #marriedtomedicine reunion tomorrow? 🤷🏽‍♀️look on my face tells the story…but watch #married2med on @bravotv FRIDAY12/21!!! [email protected] Hair @yanceyedwards Jewelry @chanelofficial #fancymommy #blackdoctors #choppindownbullies,” the occupational medicine M.D. captioned the picture.

Although she’s on a newer reality show, a few fans did a double take when they thought she looked more like “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” friend of the show Marlo Hampton.

“Idk why you are giving me @marlohampton teas.”

“Looking like @marlohampton.”

“I had to look again I thought this was Marlo lol.”

It’s not the first time a Bravolebrity has gotten mistaken for someone else.

Weeks earlier, folks mistook model Cynthia Bailey’s daughter, Noelle Robinson, for her RHOA star mom.

“Beautiful she looks just like you here. I thought it was you at first!”

“Like mother like daughter…gorgeous!!”

“Stunning just like her mama.”

“Beautiful like your mom @cynthiabailey10. Your dad is handsome too lol.”

Another RHOA star, Shamari DeVoe, also got confused with Bailey back in November.

“Omg For a second I thought it was Cynthia 😬😬”

“Is it just me or does she favor Cynthia with this look?”

“I thought that was Cynthia for a sec.”

It was actually the second time in a matter of three months that fans made that blunder. A fan account previously shared a photo of DeVoe with her husband, Ronnie DeVoe. Followers thought he was side by side with Bailey, or at the very least someone related to her.

“I thought that was Cynthia a quick second.”

“She looks like Cynthia little sister.”
