Tami Roman is moving on from being just a reality star in lots of different avenues. The internet comic just shared with fans that she wrapped filming with Oscar-winner Octavia Spencer for a new Apple TV series.

Roman stars alongside Spencer in “Are You Sleeping,” a show based on a true-crime novel by Kathleen Barber. It focuses on Spencer as an investigative reporter who seeks to learn the truth about a questionable outcome of a decades-old murder trial through her podcast, Deadline reported in July.
Roman, who also has acting credits in “Extant” another book adaptation, “Carl Weber’s The Family Business,” plays Spencer’s character’s “saucy stepmother.”
The show is set to debut next year.
