The reality show producer wrote, “#Live #Love #Laugh and remember to capture the moments…Life is not just about building empires…It’s about building lasting friendships and memories that will live on long after we’re gone…❤️.”

However, fans completely missed Scott-Young’s sentimental message and gave her an earful of their dislike for the recent season of “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood.”

“Please get better cast members for love and hip hop Hollywood 🤷🏾‍♀️. By far the worst season ever.”

“I’m sick of the drama y’all show on LHHH ugh.”

However, others praised the “LHH” producer for her new casting on “LHHNY.”

“Thank you @monascottyoung for going back to showcasing some real hip hop celebs ♥️♥️ #LHHNY 💛.”

“Y’ALL CAME ALL THE WAY THRU WIT DIS SEASON CAST🙌LHHNY YASS💯.”

“Ms. Mona I haven’t got past the opening credits and I bet this is the best season since earlier ones.”

“I can’t believe I’m saying this but I really am loving the whole Love & Hip Hop franchise shows!! Some of the scenes seem very staged (which I can understand) but some of the scenes are so raw & real!! Esp with the new season on LHHNY 💜.”

Scott-Young recently signed a deal with Lionsgate TV in October. She’s set to produce and develop unscripted series for the studio’s digital and scripted arms.
