Porsha Williams isn’t letting pregnancy slow her down. During a recent photo shoot for her GoNaked hair company, Williams danced around in heels and a skin-tight white dress. But some were concerned that it’s too much for her baby girl.
Williams gyrated her hips and bounced up and down as her arms flailed around and her feet remained firmly planted on the ground.

While some fans gassed up the mom-to-be, others felt she should be more careful considering her hospitalization earlier this month.

Williams made headlines after her “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star Nene Leakes posted a photo on Instagram letting fans know the expectant mom was in the hospital.
Leakes explained on “Watch What Happens Live” Nov. 4 that Williams was “in a little pain” and a source told People magazine the star was “suffering some pregnancy complications due to large fibroids.”
