Toya Wright and baby Reign Rushing paid Reginae Carter a surprise visit on the set of her upcoming movie “Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta.” The film, produced and written by well-known author Terry McMillian, is about a family juggling five unwed daughters. Wright plays Lydia one of the daughters.
On Thursday, Carter shared a photo of little Reign sitting in her big sister’s studio chair. In the caption she wrote, “I Took @reign_beaux to see her sister on set today. I’m so proud of my little actress @colormenae. She’s doing great guys! #proudmama.”
The fans flooded the comments showing love and encouraging Wright to continue to be proud of her daughter.
“I would be as well. She’s following her dream. I love the fact when she said she didn’t want to return back to Clark she had a plan B. Big ups to her toya.”
“Proud mommy comment… blessed.”
“You have such a sweet spirit. I can tell!! Always supporting her and encouraging.”
In the past on “T.I. & Tiny: Family & Friends Hustle,” Wright has expressed her disapproval of the teenager dropping out of college to pursue acting. Carter broke it to her mom that she wasn’t returning back to school in order to pursue acting. “About school … I’m not sure if I want to go back.” She continued, “I wanted to make you proud. … School is not for me.”
