Tami Roman recently promoted her new TV gig and while many fans celebrated her commitment to staying booked and busy, Roman found herself having to clap back at a hater.

The show, which premieres Nov. 13, was originally set to become an indie film franchise but BET acquired rights to license it as a TV series, Deadline reported in October.
