Ice Cube Takes Direct Aim At Donald Trump: ‘Arrest the President’

Ice Cube went straight at Donald Trump in his new song “Arrest the President,” and within seconds brought up the accusation that he colluded with Russia to win the election.

“Arrest the president, you got the evidence / That n—- is Russian intelligence / When it rains it pours / Did you know the new white was orange? / Boy, you’re showing your horns / They trying to replace my halo with thorns,” Cube raps.

Then later in song, he touched on Trump’s often criticized immigration stance and raised a point about ownership of land.

“Not a criminal, no, I’m a seminal / I was free once now I’m clinical / You so technical, this was Mexico / Now everywhere I go is owned by Texaco,” he rhymes.

The “Arrest the President” cut is actually the second time Cube made headlines for going at Trump. He also did it in 2016 when Trump was still running for office, because someone Photoshopped him wearing a shirt that said “Make America Great Again.”

“Stealing endorsements is not how you become the President of the United States, homie. Leave my name out ya mouth,” tweeted Cube. “I will never endorse a mothaf—— like Donald Trump. Ever.”

“Arrest the President” is the first single off the veteran rapper’s forthcoming album “Everythang’s Corrupt,” which drops on December 7 and so far people seem to like it.

“Fire,” someone wrote. “Whoever run against Trump in 2020, they should play this at every rally.”

“This is dope,” another person commented. “‘Orange ass clown.’ He’s probably crying to Putin right now.”
