The “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” star has been pretty quiet about her love life with Sims for some time now and is adamant about not posting him on social media. The two have been friends for 19 years and have known each other since high school, according to the singer’s interview with Essence in 2017. However, K. Michelle’s recent caption about a wedding ring has nosy fans probing for answers.
The “Can’t Raise a Man” artist took to Instagram on Wednesday and shared a promotional feature about herself. She wrote, “Pinky Ring till I get a wedding ring💎.”

However, fans took the reality star’s caption as a cryptic message that hinted at possible relationship woes between her and Dr. Sims.
“What happened to the Dr. boo?” one fan asked. “She never mentions him.”
“I’m confused anit she engaged to a dentist,” said another person.
“Why you and the doctor called it out? Why ya’ll broke up?”

In earlier August K. Michelle went on a full tirade after becoming fed up with fans questioning her relationship with Sims. She let everyone know that they are still together and she does not have a new man.
“Let me teach ya’ll about me. I don’t mess with nobody, but if you f**k with me, you will wish you never ever knew a new me.” She then told critics to “get off the couch” and to “exercise something” besides their fingers.
“Issa marriage… I’m married… I don’t have to post my man,” said K. Michelle. She encouraged people to drink “positive juice” and stop being so nosy.
