Steve Harvey recently welcomed his fifth grandchild into the world and he’s giving fans their first glimpse of the bundle of joy.
“5th grandchild 3rd boy he’s the tie breaker lil EZRA is here….. so happy another HARVEY Boy ….. #familyiseverything,” the proud grandpa captioned a photo of the new arrival Thursday, Sept. 7.
Fans quickly began remarking about how baby Ezra resembles his grandfather.
“Little sugar LIPS, just like him grandpa!!!! Precious little one!!”

Harvey also announced that he welcomed his youngest grandchild on his talk show, “Steve.”
“Got another little Harvey walking on this planet, baby,” he told the studio audience. “His name is Ezra. Ezra Harvey. My son named all of his sons — Noah and Ezra — biblical names. “I said, ‘Why didn’t you name him after you?’ He said, ‘They don’t need to be like me, Dad.'”
Harvey’s wife Marjorie Harvey had announced back in April that her son Jason and his wife Amanda were welcoming their third child.
“Our family is growing… Jason and Amanda are preparing to welcome a new baby in September,” she said in the caption of a gender reveal video.
Baby Ezra’s arrival this month, means he joins older siblings Noah and sister Rose. He also has two cousins named Elle and BJ.
But while the baby’s comedian grandpa enjoys having his family expand, he says there are some issues with having grandchildren.
“I’ve been waiting years for my kids to get out of my house,” he says on his show. “I wanna be an empty nester. Now they come back to the house and they got some more people with ’em. They always bring ’em over and drop ’em off. And I’m going ‘Now, I been talking to my girl all day long. All we been talking about was what was gon’ happen tonight. Then, I get to the house and here they is!”
