Rihanna is enjoying quality time with her family while in her hometown of Barbados. The award-winning singer has been on the island for at least 2 weeks while attending and acting as a bridesmaid in her friend Sonita Alexander’s wedding. Since the wedding on Saturday, August 18, RihRih has shared some photos with her family on Instagram.
In an adorable photo posing with her dad, Rihanna is makeup free and smiling from ear to ear. The post has been liked over two million times with over eight thousand comments. Fans couldn’t help notice how much the “Diamonds” singer favors her dad.

Last year Rihanna found herself in a quandary after learning a kiosk on the island was selling counterfeit products from her Fenty X Puma line. After reporting the incident, it was revealed that her uncle Leroy Braithwaite may be behind the kiosk. Braithwaite has pleaded not guilty to the charges. But all love wasn’t lost among the family, that same year RihRih was honored with a street named after her and Leroy attended the ceremony.
