Kandi Burruss is cracking up at rumored “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star Shamari DeVoe whose lingerie get-up reminded Burruss of a girl group she wrote a hit song for decades earlier.
“Shamari is giving me ‘Creep’ 1999 [vibes]. TLC,” Burruss says in the video of DeVoe during what looks like the taping or RHOA. Although the hit TLC single actually was released in 1994, that didn’t stop DeVoe from busting a move like she was in the video as Chilli, T-Boz, or Left Eye.
“So I creep. Yeah Just keep it on the down low,” DeVoe sings as her robe swings open and further exposes her bra.
Fans ate up the humorous moment.
“Aye Shamari giving us ‘Creep’ vibes….. I already like her(I think)..😂😂😂😂💃.”
“Yessssss I’m here for Shamari on the show 🙌🏾 Please!!!”
“Sis working hard for that peach🤣😂.”
And others have been eagerly awaiting her RHOA debut.
“Shamari Is bae! Super excited to see what this season brings. #Amped.”
Rumors of DeVoe’s involvement on RHOA began swirling in July when the Blaque singer was spotted filming during a concert event in Atlanta on June 10, at which RHOA stars NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, Burruss and Eva Marcille were all in attendance. At ATL Live On The Park, DeVoe performed with her former group member Brandi Williams and her husband, Ronnie DeVoe, also performed with his group Bell Biv DeVoe.
But not everyone is jumping for joy at the prospect of Mrs. DeVoe joining the cast, where she’s rumored to be replacing either Shereé Whitfield or Kenya Moore.
“You’ll never be Kenya sweetie. Nobody can carry that peach like Kenya… She ghetto Chile.”
“Not getting a good vibe but carry on.”
“S11 will be 😴😴😴😴 they sure are doing A LOT to try to bring attention to the show… more than BEFORE.🤔🤔🤔 #NoKenya #NoBigRatings #ByeBravo.”
