“Love and Hip Hop: New York” stars Peter Gunz and his ex-wife Amina Buddafly got into a heated argument online and had the Internet buzzing.
The former couple is caught up in drama once again and Buddafly placed the blame on Gunz. The rapper posted a photo on Sunday wishing their oldest daughter Cori a “happy birthday.” However, the “Your Love Is Poison” singer blasted her ex-husband for lying to their daughter and missing her birthday party.
Gunz took to Instagram July 29 and wrote, “Couldn’t make it to Hamburg, Germany to bring in my baby girl [Cori] 4th birthday so I’m sending my love and wishing you a very happy birthday!! I will be waiting for you in L.A.”

Buddafly swarmed Gunz’s comment section and shot back at his caption, “U ain’t gona be waiting for nobody in L.A. u ain’t gona be there when we get back like u wasn’t there last month and the month or the moth before that, despite saying u will… Posting on here but not one call saying you was gona come to Germany when we knew u wasn’t gona make it was whack.”
Gunz responded to his ex-wife, “I’ve tried everything in my power to make it to Germany and I’m sorry I can’t make it to L.A. on a regular basis but one thing that’s for certain is I do the very best I can for my family.”
The “Keep On” rapper later deleted his post and added, “Can’t have all that ugly shit under this beautiful picture… But we can get ugly at 1pm on my live tune in.” He threatened to expose Buddafly on Instagram Live and explain his side of the story.
Amina hit back on her Instagram Story “To be clear, I’m not mad[that] Peter missed his daughters birthday, I understand how his life is and the details behind him not coming, like I said: we good, we wish he was a bigger part in their lives but we don’t need him. I just don’t like someone continuously making promises they don’t keep, that is all”
The pair has a long history of drama. Gunz married Buddafly on “LHH” while he was in a 13 year relationship with ex-girlfriend Tara Wallace. He went back-and-forth between both women and impregnated them both around the same time.
However, Buddafly was fed up with Gunz’s infidelities and called it quits with him in 2017. The duo finalized their divorce in January. They share two children; their 4-year-old and 1-year-old daughter Bronx.
