Tamar Braxton certainly has a way of delivering things with humor — whether intentional or not. The singer on Friday uploaded a video to Instagram wondering why no one told her that her feet looked swollen.
More specifically, she openly wondered, “Why does my feet constantly look like I got the gout? Why don’t nobody love me enough to tell me, ‘Girl, go get your feet checked, you got the gout?’ That’s awful. I ain’t speaking it on my life but it sho look like it.”

Gout is a form of arthritis that forms a buildup of fluid that causes sudden swelling, severe pain and tenderness in joints.
“Is that the GOUT? 🤦🏾♀️” Braxton punctuated her video.
Fans found the candid clip to be a riot and said as much in the comments.

Other fans took Braxton’s speculation seriously, however, and offered up some advice on what to do next.
“On a serious note, you appear to be retaining water which can cause the swelling. Try reducing your sodium intake and drink plenty of water to make you ‘go’ and you should see a reduction. Talk to your doctor sis 😊”
“Blood work at the doctor office.”
“You don’t have gout!! But please have your heart checked.”
“It comes from alcohol, seafood, meat, poultry. Eat lots of Cheerios. l have gout high levels of acid reflux. l’m working on it my [in] fingers swell as well.”
While Braxton’s feet might not look spectacular, she thinks otherwise of a man’s feet she glimpsed while at the pool the other day. The singer openly lusted after the shirtless fellow while thanking God for what her eyes were seeing.
