Solange threw some apparent shade Kanye West’s way after his collaborator, Pusha T, admitted it was the eccentric rapper who licensed a Whitney Houston photo for the GOOD Music president’s new album.

The “Cranes In the Sky” singer liked a tweet addressing the $85,000 purchase for the album, which is called “Daytona.”

“To disrespect a titan like Whitney Houston, to reduce her legacy to a single image of a place and time in her life, is EXACTLY what Kanye seems to complain that the media does to him all the time,” the post said. “Indeed, the irony.”

On Wednesday, Pusha T appeared on “The Angie Martinez Show” and explained how West made an 11th-hour decision to change the cover for Friday’s release.

“He changed my artwork last night at 1 a.m. He wasn’t feeling it,” the rapper told Martinez. “1 a.m., my phone rings. No caller ID. [He says,] ‘Hey, yeah, I think we should change the artwork. And I like this other artwork. … this is what people need to see to go along with this music.'”

Azealia Banks also made her disgust known, tweeting in part, “He wouldn’t dare use photos from his mother’s death scene so why use photos from Whitney’s death scene??? I’m really very turned off about this. Kanye is really so self-serving it’s disgusting.”

Former NFL running back Arian Foster simply tweeted, “Yikes” and co-host of Food Network’s “The Kitchen, Sunny Anderson, said, “I’m over Kanye… over him.”

Meanwhile, rapper Monie Love pined for more information.

“Did Kanye West pay 85k for a photo from Whitney Houston’s distraught bathroom to use for Pusha T’s album cover? WHERE ARE THE FACTS behind this. Facts first, followed closely by opinions, we need to know!
