Rapper T.I. was arrested early Wednesday, May 16 after he was unable to get into his gated neighborhood.

The Atlanta native, whose legal name is Clifford Harris, arrived at his Henry County community around 4 a.m. and forgot his key. A guard disallowed him from entering, the Henry County Police Department told WSB-TV.

“Don’t you know who I am?” police said T.I. asked the guard.

An argument ensued and Tip called a friend. Then, the “Dope” performer and his pal began arguing with the guard.

Police were called and put T.I. and the friend under arrest. Police said the friend had a warrant while T.I. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

The rapper has since posted bail.

In 2010, T.I. was sentenced to 11 months in prison for violating terms of his probation.
