T.I. apparently wasn’t feeling sorry for Safaree Samuels after he tearfully recounted an alleged gunpoint robbery on a radio show recently.
“A couple of hours ago, I just got robbed,” he explains during a Monday, April 2 taping of “The Angie Martinez Show,” choking back tears. “Two dudes with guns just ran up on me. Made me face down on the floor with a gun to my head. Just took everything.”
The “Love & Hip Hop” star later posted a series of tweets explaining his sadness over the robbery that Billboard magazine reported resulted in $183,000 stolen in money and jewelry.
Seeing your life flash b4 you're eyes is a life changing experience. Nothing funny about it. It's probably only funny to ppl who don't have anything or never experienced it. My uncle was killed in a robbery so when thinking about my situation all I think about is him.

I'm not crying over lost jewelry, that's material but being face and not knowing if you're about to get shot in the back of your head is the most traumatic thing I've ever had to deal with.Thank God I'm still alive they want me broken but All they did was make a beast out of me!!

When you do a crime and get caught 10 mins after you did it that's called karma not snitching. But moving forward to ppl who know and don't know me, don't take offense to my new way of moving. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and sent blessings.

But one person who wasn’t feeling sympathetic toward the rapper is T.I. He simply wrote in Instagram comments, “Cold world… get a sweater.”
The response didn’t sit well with many, however. Folks blasted him left and right for being so heartless.
“T.I. a b—-,” someone tweeted. “How you gone say that to Safaree? Disgusting.”
“Nah T.I. really is a lame tho lmao let Gucci punk him, became a snitch, let Tiny cheat on him 🤢, tried to embarrass a man he call his brother on social media, now tryna clown Safaree lmao who is this n—-.”
“What?! You’re ignorant af 🤨” someone said on Instagram.
“What if it was one of his sons?” another asked.
“Let men be vulnerable!” someone else said. “They are HUMAN. No more toxic masculinity.”
