Sanaa Lathan has denied she’s the infamous actress who bit Beyoncé at a December after-party, but sources close to Tiffany Haddish say otherwise.

Haddish relayed the story to GQ, saying an actress in attendance was “just, like, doing the mostest. She bit Beyoncé in the face.”

“So Beyoncé stormed away,” Haddish added, “went up to Jay-Z, and was like, ‘Jay! Come here! This b—-’ and snatched him. They went to the back of the room. I was like, ‘What just happened?’ And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, ‘Can you believe this b—- just bit Beyoncé?’”

The singer later reportedly told Haddish the biter “is on drugs. She not even drunk. The b—- is on drugs. She not like that all the time,” before telling Haddish not to fight her.

Many have speculated about who could be the culprit and Lathan’s name has been thrown into the ring. However, she addressed the accusations on Twitter Monday, saying that “under no circumstances did I bite Beyonce and if I did it would’ve been a love bite 💋.”

Yet according to a Tuesday, March 27 report from TMZ, the “Shots Fired” actress is the one who nibbled on Bey’s face. Apparently, Lathan was speaking to Jay-Z, which made Bey feel uncomfortable. When the “Lemonade” hitmaker approached Lathan about it, the actress shut down any notion that she was behaving inappropriately and then jokingly gave Jay’s wife a bite.

Amid the report, Lathan’s involvement in #WhoBitBeyoncé remains the chatter of the Twitterverse.
