Mississippi Bans Abortions after 15 weeks: Governor Phil Bryant signed a law that prohibits abortions after 15 weeks of gestation. The only exception to the Gestational Age Act is a medical emergency or severe fetal abnormality. The law does not exempt incest or rape cases.
