A woman who had previously filed a lawsuit against Usher for allegedly giving her herpes is now going after insurance companies. Laura Helm claims an application filed with an insurance broker to three groups surfaced on a blog.

Documents obtained by TMZ Tuesday, Jan. 9 state that after she filed the claim through the broker on July 31, 2017, “private sensitive health information” ended up on a website after the broker took screenshots of her application. Helm revealed her name in documents filed in September after anonymously suing Usher in July. However, the blog listed her name in an article published two months earlier.

The broker, Helm blames, represents United Healthcare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana and Golden Rule Insurance Company, and all four parties are listed as defendants in the filing. The blog is also part of the suit, as Helm alleges its claim that she committed insurance fraud is defamation.

Helm dismissed her Usher suit in November after seeking $20 million from the “No Limit” singer. She had claimed the two had unprotected sex when he infected her with herpes. Yet two days before she filed it, she babbled to a friend on a recorded call that she only ever had protected sex with Usher.
