A Raunchy Rap Challenge Is Making Some Question The Morals of These Celebrities

The #ForTheD–k challenge is taking over the celebrity world but not everyone is finding it humorous. The freestyle showdown caught fire when Erykah Badu posted her take and other celebs like Regina Hall, Issa Rae and Sanaa Lathan took it on. But some feel it’s just too vulgar.

Badu’s version poked fun at herself, with lyrics like saying she’d give up her window seat — a nod to her 2010 single — and that she’d be willing to get a fourth baby daddy. She’s then joined by stand-up comic Michael Blackson who does his own take “for the p—y.”

Soon, “Insecure” creator/star Issa Rae tweeted her own version with Regina Hall, who appears on the HBO series show within a show, “Due North.”

“Cancel HBO for the d—,” Rae spits.

“Don’t you got a show?” quips Hall.

“B—, not no more for that d—!” Rae answers right back.

Then, Sanaa Lathan played up her new look for her role in “Nappily Ever After” for her answer to the two actresses.

“I went blonde for that d—,” she raps. “Then I cut that blonde for that d—. Then I went bald for that d—.”

Keke Palmer and Tyga recently hopped on the challenge.

But not everyone is feeling super into it.

Many found it tasteless.
