Singer Ciara is “feeling great” after a car accident in the Los Angeles area that immediately sparked online concern over her pregnancy.
Her husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, with whom the performer is expecting her second child, updated fans on her condition Friday, March 10.

Days after Twitter buzzed over her family photo shoot celebrating her growing family, TMZ reported the singer/dancer, who is in her third trimester, was T-boned while driving her Mercedes SUV. Witnesses said Ciara was making a left turn when a Volvo SUV hit the front passenger side of her Benz.
The Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles Fire Department were at the scene of the accident and the accident news sparked concern over Ciara’s health after she was reportedly spotted “clutching her chest and shoulder.”

Fans had no need to worry as Ciara also was seen walking and talking on her phone after the accident. LAPD sources told TMZ the singer and the other driver exchanged information but neither suffered serious injuries.
