Now, one of her favorite stores, Topshop, has joined forces with the star to help create a brand new line for Topshop inspired by Beyonce’s active lifestyle. If you want to get your hands on the new activewear line, however, you are going to have to wait until fall 2015!
Bey not only looks good on the stage and red carpets, but also during her workouts! Popular London-based company Topshop has been a favorite of Beyonce’s over the past few years, and Topshop was smart not to let their biggest costumer pass them by. While the store is known for its more contemporary and trendy looks, it has yet to get into the activewear game — and who better to help them launch a new line than Queen Bey herself?
Beyonce is all about creating new and innovative ideas — and this isn’t your typical collaboration, it’s actually a whole new brand! “This not a collaboration. This is about building a brand and building a business — a separate, proper business, with separate overhead and a separate office,” Topshop owner Sir Philip Green told Women’s Wear Daily in an interview on Oct. 27.
The brand will offer styles that range from dance and fitness to sport categories. The collection is targeted toward women who go to yoga or to the gym — and it also works for women who want to look comfy and casual!
The partnership has been in the works since February, although it was kept under wraps — and now Queen Bey and Topshop are moving full speed ahead with the new line. The store is known for being on top of all the latest trends and Beyonce is known for setting all the trends. This partnership has the workings to be extremely popular — and stylish!
